Here are some examples of some popular questions I get asked by my clientele.
Q. I do not live in London, will it still be possible to have a lesson/party/make-over?
A. Of course, the travel costs can be incorporated into the fee and this can be discussed prior to the booking
Q. Can I contact you before and after the lesson.
A. Yes, it is fine if you have any queries prior to or after the lesson you can send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Email info@starmakeuplessonslondon.com
Q. How do I make my booking?
A. We recommend that you call us and we can confirm the date/time and location details, there and then. Depending on the booking date we may request a small deposit.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. Due to high demand for lessons/parties/make-overs we will need at least 48 hours notice to cancel the booking.
Q. How can I make payment?
A. Payment can be made by cheque or cash
